1. What is UnleashGo™?

For all of your Active Dog Essentials needs, including hands-free leashes, soothing beds, and tactical harnesses, UnleashGoTM is the place to go. We create equipment that makes taking your dog for walks, training, and adventures safer, easier, and more fun.


2. Which forms of payment are accepted?

PayPal, major credit and debit cards, and other safe payment methods are all accepted. Every transaction is encrypted to guarantee the security of your data.


3. When can I expect my order to be processed?

Once your payment has been successfully processed, we start working on your order. This contains:

  • Order confirmation.
  • Personalization or tailoring, if any
  • Assurance of quality and packaging

Usually, processing takes one to four business days.


4. How long does it take to ship?

The estimated post-processing shipping times are:

  • US, Canada, the UK, and the EU: 10–15 working days
  • Additional foreign locations: 10–20 working days

Please be aware that seasonal demand and your location may affect delivery times.


5. Do you provide tracking in real time?

Although tracking is supported by the majority of carriers, not all areas may have it.


6. Do you provide free delivery?

We regularly run promotions with free shipping. For the most recent information and discounts, please view our homepage banners or sign up for our newsletter.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.


8. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel or modify it within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing info@unleashgo.com.


9. Are your products suitable for all dog breeds?

Certainly!  The sizes of our equipment are small, medium, and large. To ensure the best fit, make sure to consult the sizing chart on each product page.
