Please do not send full payment-card details, account passwords, government identification, veterinary records, or other sensitive information unless we specifically and lawfully request it.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment method selected during checkout.

UnleashGo does not normally receive or store your complete payment-card number or card security code. Payment providers may independently collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and authentication information according to their own privacy notices.

Digital-Delivery Information

When you purchase or access a digital product, we or our digital-delivery provider may process:

  • your order number;
  • name and email address;
  • product purchased;
  • download entitlement;
  • file-delivery status;
  • delivery and download timestamps;
  • download counts or limits;
  • IP address;
  • device or browser information;
  • technical error information;
  • and signals used to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse.

Filemonk may process order-linked identifiers, purchased digital items, delivery and download events, download-limit signals, IP addresses, device information, and technical logs in order to deliver files, manage access, prevent abuse, and provide technical support. 

Physical-Order Information

When you order Quiet Walks Club apparel, we may collect and share the information required to manufacture and deliver your order, including:

  • your name;
  • delivery address;
  • telephone number, where required;
  • product, size, color, and quantity;
  • order number;
  • delivery instructions;
  • and shipment or tracking information.

Technical and Usage Information

When you visit the store, Shopify and permitted technologies may collect:

We do not purchase or rent email lists.

  • Quiet Walks Club updates;
  • launch information;
  • and other promotional communications.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each promotional email or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an order and does not prevent essential transactional messages.

We maintain an unsubscribe or suppression record when necessary to ensure that your preference continues to be respected.

We send promotional emails only to individuals who have agreed to receive them or where another lawful basis expressly permits such communication. 

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

UnleashGo, Shopify, and permitted service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate, secure, measure, and improve the store.

Strictly Necessary Technologies

These technologies are necessary to:

  • operate the website and checkout;
  • maintain the shopping cart;

Shopify

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, checkout, customer-account, order-management, hosting, security, and related store infrastructure.

Shopify may process information as our processor and may process certain information for its own stated purposes. Its handling of information is described in Shopify’s applicable privacy documentation.

Filemonk

Filemonk is used to manage digital entitlements, generate or deliver download links, record fulfillment events, apply download restrictions, and help resolve access problems.

Omnisend

Omnisend is used to manage email subscriptions, forms, segments, automations, and marketing communications.

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment Providers

We share the information required to manufacture, package, ship, track, and support Quiet Walks Club physical orders.

Payment Providers

Payment, fraud-prevention, and authentication information may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact-related payment partners, or another option selected during checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Carriers receive information needed to deliver physical orders and provide tracking.

Professional and Technical Providers

We may use providers for:

  • website security;
  • cloud storage;
  • email delivery;
  • customer support;
  • accounting;
  • legal advice;
  • error monitoring;
  • and technical maintenance.

Legal and Safety Reasons

10. Shopify Network Intelligence

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit, browse, or make a purchase from the UnleashGo store in order to provide the ecommerce platform, checkout, payment, security, account, fraud-prevention, and related services.

Because Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may also use information about your interactions with UnleashGo, other Shopify merchants, and Shopify services to provide enhanced services.

These enhanced services may help Shopify and UnleashGo:

  • provide a more personalized shopping experience;
  • improve the performance and security of the store;
  • understand how customers interact with stores and advertisements;
  • measure and improve marketing performance;
  • and provide more relevant advertising where legally permitted.

Information about your activity on the UnleashGo store may be shared with Shopify and with service providers or other third parties involved in providing these services. Some of these recipients may be located in countries other than your own.

Depending on the processing activity, Shopify may act as a processor on our behalf or may process information for its own stated purposes.

When you refuse non-essential cookies through our cookie banner or use an available data-sharing opt-out mechanism, Shopify applies those choices to Shopify Network Intelligence as described in Shopify’s privacy documentation.

11. International Data Transfers

UnleashGo is based in Belgium, but some service providers or their subprocessors may process information in countries outside Belgium or the European Economic Area.

Where required, transfers are protected through measures such as:

  • European Commission adequacy decisions;
  • Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
  • contractual data-protection terms;
  • or another transfer mechanism permitted by applicable law.

Filemonk states that data may be processed in the United States and other countries using safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Omnisend’s Data Processing Agreement incorporates controller-to-processor Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant transfers. 

12. How Long We Retain Personal Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Our general criteria include:

  • Order and transaction records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and consumer law;
  • Digital entitlement and delivery records: while needed to provide download access, prevent abuse, administer the purchase, or resolve disputes;
  • Customer-account information: while the account remains active, subject to information we must retain for completed orders;
  • Support correspondence: normally for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless longer retention is reasonably required;
  • Marketing information: until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is otherwise ended;
  • Suppression records: for as long as necessary to ensure that an unsubscribe request is respected;
  • Security and technical logs: for a limited period appropriate to security, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and legal requirements;
  • Cookie information: according to the duration described in the cookie-preference interface or applicable provider documentation.

We may retain limited information for longer when necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud, defend legal claims, or demonstrate that a privacy request was honored.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against:

  • unauthorized access;
  • loss;
  • misuse;
  • alteration;
  • disclosure;
  • or destruction.

These measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, account authentication, restricted administrative access, monitoring, backups, and carefully selected service providers.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping customer-account credentials confidential and for contacting us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • request deletion;
  • restrict certain processing;

  • send requested digital files;
  • organize customer or subscriber segments;
  • send permitted email sequences;
  • identify security risks;
  • and manage orders or download entitlements.

UnleashGo does not currently use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on customers.

16. Children’s Privacy

UnleashGo’s store and products are intended for adults purchasing dog-walking resources or apparel.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental authorization is legally required.

If you believe a child has provided personal information unlawfully, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

17. Third-Party Websites

The store may link to Pinterest, payment providers, social networks, professional resources, or other third-party websites.

UnleashGo does not control the privacy, security, or content practices of independent third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing information directly to them.
