These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of unleashgo.com, including any purchase of digital resources, downloadable files, print-on-demand apparel, or other products offered through the UnleashGo store.

By using this website, placing an order, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the store or place an order.

References to “UnleashGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the operator identified above. References to “you” or “customer” mean the visitor, purchaser, or user of the store.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • your use of the UnleashGo website;
  • purchases of digital guides, journals, trackers, workbooks, previews, and downloadable resources;
  • purchases of Quiet Walks Club apparel and other print-on-demand products;
  • customer accounts, product reviews, and communications with UnleashGo;
  • and any related service expressly offered through the store.

Additional terms displayed on a product page, checkout page, download page, or promotional offer form part of the contract where relevant.

3. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

You must have the legal capacity required under the law applicable to you to place an order.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout and when creating an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing a valid email address;
  • checking that your device can access the file format described on the product page;
  • protecting your customer-account credentials;
  • reviewing product descriptions before purchasing;
  • and informing us promptly if you believe your account or download access has been used without authorization.

4. Product Information

We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly. Product pages may include information about:

  • the nature and purpose of the product;
  • the file type and approximate contents of a digital resource;
  • device, software, printing, or compatibility requirements;
  • available sizes, colors, materials, and variants for physical products;
  • delivery or production estimates;
  • and any limitations or conditions of use.

Images of digital books, journals, and workbooks may be presented as three-dimensional mockups for illustration. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, UnleashGo guides and workbooks are supplied as digital files and no physical book will be shipped.

Screen settings, lighting, fabric batches, printing methods, and manufacturing processes may cause reasonable differences between product photographs and the physical item received.

5. Digital Products

UnleashGo digital products may include PDF guides, printable trackers, workbooks, journals, previews, templates, or other downloadable resources.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

  • digital products are supplied electronically;
  • no physical copy is included;
  • a standard PDF reader may be required;
  • files may be viewed on compatible phones, tablets, or computers;
  • printable pages may be printed for the purchaser’s personal use;
  • and internet access is required to receive or download the files.

You should review the product description and compatibility information before purchasing. Please contact us before ordering if you are uncertain whether a resource will work with your device or software.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, access may be provided through:

  • a download link displayed on the order-confirmation or order-status page;
  • a download email sent to the address used at checkout;
  • your customer-account order history, where available;
  • or another delivery method identified during checkout.

Delivery may be managed through Filemonk or another digital-delivery provider used by UnleashGo.

Most files should become available shortly after successful payment. Fraud screening, payment review, technical problems, or an incorrect email address may delay access.

If you cannot access a legitimate purchase, follow the steps on our Download Help page or contact us with your order number and checkout email address.

Download access

Download access may be subject to reasonable technical limits designed to prevent unauthorized sharing, fraud, or abuse.

You should save a personal backup copy after downloading. We do not promise permanent cloud storage or unlimited lifetime access unless this is expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Nothing in this paragraph limits your statutory rights where a digital product has not been supplied or does not conform to the contract.

6. License for Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • download the product for your own use;
  • store reasonable personal backup copies;
  • view the product on your compatible devices;
  • and print permitted worksheets or pages for your own personal use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • share the file or download link with another person;
  • upload the product to a public or private sharing platform;
  • resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the product;
  • sell printed copies;
  • use the product as a client handout, group resource, course material, or commercial training resource;
  • remove copyright notices or ownership markings;
  • claim the content or design as your own;
  • or reproduce a substantial part of the product in another commercial or public work.

Professional, classroom, client, or group use requires separate written permission or an appropriate license where offered.

7. Educational and Behavioral Information

UnleashGo resources provide general educational information, planning tools, observation prompts, and practical routines for dog parents.

They are not:

  • individualized dog-training services;
  • veterinary diagnosis or treatment;
  • medical, behavioral, legal, or professional advice;
  • or a substitute for assessment by a qualified dog trainer, veterinary behaviorist, or veterinarian.

Dogs, environments, health conditions, learning histories, and household circumstances differ. No guide can guarantee that a particular dog will stop pulling, reacting, barking, becoming overwhelmed, or displaying another behavior.

Our resources are designed around gradual practice and observation, not guaranteed or instant behavioral transformation.

Stop an exercise if it appears to increase fear, distress, aggression, pain, or risk. Seek appropriate professional assistance when a situation is unsafe, severe, persistent, or medically concerning.

8. Print-on-Demand Products

Quiet Walks Club apparel and accessories are physical products manufactured after an order is placed.

Production may be performed by Printful or another fulfilment provider acting on behalf of UnleashGo.

Product pages should be reviewed carefully for:

  • size charts;
  • materials and garment information;
  • available colors and variants;
  • care instructions;
  • production estimates;
  • and shipping availability.

Print-on-demand production does not automatically make a standard, non-personalized product exempt from mandatory consumer withdrawal or legal-guarantee rights.

9. Orders and Contract Formation

Products displayed on the website constitute an invitation to place an order and not an unconditional promise of supply.

When you submit an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the price and under the conditions displayed during checkout.

A contract is formed when:

  • your payment has been successfully authorized or accepted
  • and we send an order confirmation or begin supplying the ordered product.

An automated acknowledgment that we received your order does not require us to fulfill an order affected by:

  • an obvious pricing or technical error;
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • an unavailable product or variant;
  • an address or fulfilment restriction disclosed before purchase;
  • or a legal prohibition on completing the transaction.

If we cannot accept or fulfill a paid order, we will notify you and refund the relevant amount using the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or checkout page.

Before you place an order, the checkout will display the total payable amount, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges calculated by the store.

You will not be charged an additional optional fee that was not disclosed and accepted before the order was placed.

Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or another payment provider made available during checkout.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, eligibility requirements, security procedures, and privacy practices.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

11. Physical Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Physical-product production and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Delivery times may depend on:

  • the selected product and fulfilment location;
  • production volume;
  • the destination country;
  • the shipping method;
  • customs or border procedures;
  • carrier performance;
  • and circumstances outside reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once production or fulfilment has begun.

Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the physical product is delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or reasonably believed to be lost in transit, contact us with the order number and supporting information so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

12. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds

Our detailed rules are available in the Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Digital content

Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, immediate access will be supplied only in accordance with the consent and acknowledgement requirements presented during the purchase process.

Where you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once supply begins, the statutory withdrawal right may end when downloading, access, or other performance begins.

This does not remove your rights where the digital content:

  • was not supplied;
  • is defective or corrupted;
  • is materially different from its description;
  • cannot be accessed because of a problem for which we are responsible;
  • or otherwise fails to conform to mandatory consumer law.

Physical goods

Consumers who purchase eligible physical goods at a distance may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days after delivery.

Exceptions may apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, but ordinary standard print-on-demand production does not by itself remove mandatory withdrawal rights.

Return shipping costs, product condition requirements, notification procedures, defective-item remedies, and applicable exceptions are explained in the Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Legal Guarantees and Product Conformity

Customers retain all legal guarantees and conformity rights provided by applicable law.

Digital content must be supplied and must conform to the description, functionality, compatibility, quality, and other requirements forming part of the contract.

Physical goods must correspond to their description and be of the quality and functionality a consumer may reasonably expect, taking account of the product page and applicable law.

Where a product lacks conformity, the customer may be entitled to remedies such as:

  • bringing the product into conformity;
  • replacement or repair where applicable;
  • a proportionate price reduction;
  • termination and reimbursement where legally available;
  • or another remedy required by law.

We will provide updates required by applicable law and any updates expressly promised in the product description. A one-time digital purchase does not include indefinite new editions or lifetime content updates unless expressly stated.

14. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, including text, guides, workbooks, illustrations, graphics, designs, logos, photographs, product names, and downloadable files, are owned by or licensed to UnleashGo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Access to the website or purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property right.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected UnleashGo content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.

15. Reviews and User-Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

  • the content reflects your genuine experience or opinion;
  • you have the right to submit it;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or abusive;
  • and it does not contain confidential or sensitive information that should not be published.

You grant UnleashGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, and display that content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer law.

We may moderate or remove content for legitimate reasons, including illegality, spam, irrelevance, abuse, intellectual-property infringement, or violation of these Terms.

We will not knowingly present fabricated reviews as genuine customer experiences.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website, products, accounts, or download systems:

  • for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
  • to distribute malware or harmful code;
  • to interfere with the security or operation of the store;
  • to gain unauthorized access to files, accounts, or systems;
  • to bypass download, payment, access, or security controls;
  • to scrape or harvest personal information unlawfully;
  • to impersonate another person;
  • or to purchase, copy, or redistribute products for unauthorized resale.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, Filemonk, Omnisend, fulfillment providers, analytics providers, and other applications.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience or reference. We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or practices.

Nothing in this section removes responsibility that applicable law places directly on UnleashGo as the seller.

18. Website Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website and legitimate download services reasonably available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, service-provider outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

We may improve, correct, reorganize, or discontinue website features and future product offerings.

Changes will not remove rights already acquired under a completed purchase or reduce mandatory remedies for an existing contract.

19. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable;
  • breach of mandatory consumer rights;
  • or another liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to those mandatory protections, UnleashGo is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We are not responsible for a behavioral, training, or welfare outcome resulting solely from the customer treating general educational content as individualized professional advice.

Customers must use reasonable judgment, supervise their dogs appropriately, comply with local laws, and obtain qualified professional support where necessary.

20. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to limit the impact and fulfill any obligations that remain required by law.

Such circumstances may include major carrier disruption, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, widespread internet or payment-system outages, labour disruption, epidemics, or failures affecting essential third-party infrastructure.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, technology, service providers, store operations, or security practices.

The version applicable to an order is generally the version presented when that order was placed, unless a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by the customer.

Material changes affecting future use of the store will be published with an updated effective date.

22. Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by Belgian law.

However, a consumer residing in another country retains any mandatory protection granted by the law of their habitual residence where that protection applies and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer and private-international-law rules.

24. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Please contact UnleashGo first so that we can attempt to resolve a complaint directly and efficiently.

Include:

  • your name and checkout email address;
  • your order number;
  • the product concerned;
  • a clear description of the problem;
  • and relevant photographs, screenshots, or error messages.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service or another competent dispute-resolution body.
