Easy 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, returned items must be

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@unleashgo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you. If your return is approved, you’ll receive a return label and clear instructions.

  3. Send your package: Please don’t send anything back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns can’t be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Quality matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll quickly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund—whatever works best for you.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable items (food, treats, plants)

  • Personal care goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for what you need.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If you don’t see your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@unleashgo.com.
