Our top priority at UnleashGoTM is shipping your product. Orders from happy dog owners worldwide who entrust us with their active dog necessities are processed and shipped out daily.

However, since many of our partner warehouses are located overseas, our shipping and handling times may vary.  As a result, we are currently unable to offer next-day delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to deliver high-quality products to you.


Processing Time 📦

Upon successful completion of your payment, we begin processing your order.  That includes:

  • Order Verification
  • Any personalization or tailoring
  • Packaging and quality control

This process typically takes one to four business days.


Time of Delivery

Shipping is the time it takes for your order to travel from our warehouse to your door. Our usual estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • US, Canada, the UK, and the EU: 10–15 working days
  • 10 to 20 business days for other foreign locations.

Please be aware that shipping times can change based on the time of year and your location.


🔎 Monitoring Your Purchase

A tracking number and a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order ships. This number can be used at any time to track your order straight from our website.

Please be aware that although most of our shipping partners provide real-time tracking, regional carrier restrictions prevent us from guaranteeing it in every situation.
